At Campmor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if for any reason you are not, you can return your items within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels are included to avoid processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
